Being a Bridal makeup artist in Nottingham is something I’ve been doing for many years and I absolutely love being part of somebody's wedding. I understand It's your special day and you want to have beautiful memories of it. Your makeup, the way you look and ultimately the way you feel will be with you forever.

Your wedding day will be one of the most important days of your life and I understand that a bride wants to look and feel her ultimate best in person and also for the camera. Having a bridal makeup artist on the day means you will have one less thing to worry about. You can simply sit back and feel confident that you are going to look your best - flawless and beautiful.

Makeup on the day usually takes about an hour for the bride and about 45 minutes for other members of the bridal party.

Extra time should be added to allow for touch-ups, dressing and photographs before leaving to get married. We can discuss these and any other questions you may have at your trial.

your Makeup Trial

I cannot stress how important a bridal makeup trial is - it really is essential. During it, we can discuss all of your requirements and I'll be able to give you my professional advice on any thoughts you may have.

The trial itself usually takes about 2 hours, although I will stay with you until you are happy and I've created your desired look, leaving you with that feeling of real self-confidence for the big day.

One major reason a trial is so important is to make sure you have no allergic reaction to any products used and to see how the makeup lasts. It's also a perfect opportunity to look at your makeup in different lights.

Many brides choose to have lashes on their wedding day. Lashes are included in the price of your wedding day makeup and in the price of the trial.

Ideally, a trial is best done close to your wedding day, so I advise anything from 4-12 weeks prior to your wedding works well. Trials can also be arranged for bridesmaids, Mothers of the bride and any other members of the bridal party as required.

Please note, All Saturday weddings between May to October have a minimum person booking of Bride + 2 (or payment of equivalent)
